I had the pleasure of meeting this amazing woman. She is witty funny and full with laughter and she just loved our drumming! coming out of her weelchair she would dance with her crutches towards her seat. She loves winking and so she did. It was an honor to be with this great spirit.
She even pocked me with her crutches in my behind as i was walking infront of her towards the Hotel after the Ceremony. She was being pushed in her weelchair and she sayed in this heavy accent, what are yoy doing with that plastick bottle in your hand? you know you should not buy plastickbottles but glass? etc etc. We laughed and I commited that she was absolutly right.................
Unfortunatly i wont be able to be at the big open Council in her home town and ground this december in new Zealand. I do hope they get enough funds to make their Open Council a great event.
